Even if you are too young for treatment we keep a watchful eye on those developing teeth. Part of this complimentary service is our fun rewards program that promotes great oral hygiene habits early in life. Once you are enrolled in this program you can earn Molen Moolah Rewards instantly!
As a member of the Molen Moolah Kids’ Club, you will receive your very own membership card and other special surprises. Every time you bring in your Molen Moolah card to our office you can choose a prize from the Kids Club Treasure Chest. You can also join all our fun events and contests and earn Molen Moolah Reward Points!

Rock our Molen Magnet on your car and earn Molen Moolah rewards or a $25 gift card! Place a magnet on your car, get spotted by one of our team members, watch our Facebook page for the photo of your car and claim your prize!
That means you could win $25 just by going to the grocery store, the movies, out to eat, or to a game. Winning $25 has never been so fun! Don’t have a decal or magnet yet? Getting one is easy! Simply stop by one of our offices, or pick one up at your next appointment. The decals and magnets are free!
If you are a patient of Molen Orthodontics and participate in our patient rewards program you can earn points for attending regular hygiene appointments, having no cavities and completing the recommended dental treatments. Returning this completed reward certificate at your next orthodontic appointment ensures that points will be added to your rewards card.
We want to be sure you are brushing and flossing twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed. Be sure to fill out your I Love Brushing chart and earn Molen Moolah rewards on your Kids Club Card when you turn it in to any of our offices.
